The operating conditions for participation.
Completed Bookings Only. Referral credit applies exclusively to eligible completed, non-canceled guest experiences. Clicks, inquiries, and unfulfilled reservations do not generate payouts.
Tracking Required. Bookings must originate through your assigned referral link or QR code. Verbal referrals that cannot be tracked cannot be compensated. In cases of multiple referral sources, attribution goes to the tracked method used at time of purchase.
Compensation Disclosure. When recommending Tennessee Whiskey Workshop publicly — through social media, a website, email, or other channels where the financial relationship would not otherwise be obvious — Referral Partners must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation for eligible bookings made through their referral link or QR code. An acceptable disclosure: "I may receive a referral fee if you book through this link."
No Self-Referrals. Referral Partners may not generate compensation through bookings made by themselves, immediate family members, or any party in which they have a direct financial interest.
Accurate Description. Referral Partners must describe Tennessee Whiskey Workshop, its experiences, pricing, availability, and policies accurately and professionally. Referral Partners may not create unauthorized discounts or alter TWW pricing in any channel.
Program Control. Tennessee Whiskey Workshop retains sole authority over Referral Partner approval, eligibility, compensation adjustments — including individual rate adjustments based on performance or program alignment — suspension, and removal.
Independent Relationship. Participation in the TWW Referral Partner Program does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, or exclusive referral arrangement. Referral Partners have no authority to bind Tennessee Whiskey Workshop, enter into agreements on its behalf, or otherwise act as an authorized representative of the business.
